The owner, Polly Simpson, personally makes sure we receive what she promises: excellent, honest and reliable service every time her crew comes to our beach house. Our experience with Polly and LTOC has been fantastic - our place is super clean and we've really been quite happy with the high quality of service. Perhaps what stands out most is the level of trust we have in Polly and her team that they'll get the job done the right way and if not, you can bet they'll make it right. For example, one of her team members who wasn't our regular person subbed for our house one time because of a last minute scheduling change on our end, and didn't know the ins and outs of our specific house. Polly noticed on her own that some things weren't done according to her satisfaction and sent that person back to our place a second time to get the job done right. They take care of just about everything and there's truly a peace of mind and feeling of ease that comes with knowing that! On a personal note, we've found Polly to be very responsive, engaged, trustworthy and flexible in trying to meet our needs and taking care of our last minute requests even if it means extra work and juggling on her end (which she neither complains or tells us about as a true professional).
